1. Propose creative and innovative concepts for costume jewelry, fashion accessories, and leather bracelets for the women's universe, aligning with the brand's artistic vision and heritage.
2. Conduct in-depth research on trends, materials, shapes, colors, and cultural references, translating findings into moodboards, sketches, and creative intentions.
3. Develop creative and technical drawings, as well as launch sheets and specifications, in close collaboration with internal teams.
4. Oversee prototyping and product development in collaboration with factories, ensuring quality, timelines, and creative standards are met.
5. Actively contribute to the collaborative work of the design studio by sharing ideas, feedback, and expertise, and participating in collective reflection sessions.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design with a specialization in jewelry, product, or accessories.
2. Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a similar role within a fashion or luxury house.

1. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Rhino 3D.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Dynamic and proactive with excellent teamwork abilities.
4. Effective communication skills in English; French is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a fashion or luxury house is required.
