1. Provide day-to-day IT support to users.
2. Configure and manage client systems.
3. Configure and maintain Apple devices.
4. Define and execute new IT projects.

1. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT System Administrator.
3. Excellent knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
4. Strong understanding of software applications such as Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks.

1. Problem-solving and user management capabilities.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
3. Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system administration is required.
