- Excellent knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks.
- Problem-solving and user management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system administration is required.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
