1. Utilize monitoring tools, asset management tools, and multi-platform endpoint management tools.
2. Enhance existing documentation and create new documentation.
3. Configure end-user devices such as laptops, iPads, and iPhones.
4. Provide first and second level IT support.
5. Assist in IT projects.
6. Install computers and printers.
7. Manage incident, problem, and service request tickets.

1. Enrolled in a Computer Science or related IT-focused degree program.

1. Experience with iOS and Windows operating systems.
2. Proficiency in user support.
3. Strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Motivation and eagerness to learn and improve.
6. Structured, independent work style with a high degree of responsibility.

Entry-level candidates with some practical experience preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
