1. Serve as the primary IT representative for industrial sites in the Grand Ouest region of France.
2. Coordinate activities between IS&T teams and industrial business teams.
3. Provide local support and ensure user satisfaction.
4. Source and manage IT support for regional sites, ensuring flexibility in meeting needs.
5. Oversee site projects including extensions, renovations, and openings.
6. Monitor IT partner interventions on-site, covering networks, telephony, and IoT equipment.
7. Report operational and project activities to hierarchical and operational management.
8. Ensure site maintenance through proactive visits and regular audits of key equipment.
9. Promote and enforce adherence to central IT standards, best practices, procedures, and governance rules.
10. Propose continuous improvements to enhance user satisfaction.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial setting.

4. Proficiency in French (oral and written) and good English skills (written).
5. Technical skills in Windows workstations (W11), Apple and Android mobile devices, Office 365 Suite, and Cisco Meraki networks.
6. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar IT role, preferably in an industrial environment.

Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in a relevant field.
