1. Coordinate activities between IS&T teams and industrial business teams at Louis Vuitton workshops in the Centre region.
2. Ensure local user support and satisfaction.
3. Manage IT support across regional sites, addressing flexibility needs.
4. Oversee site projects including extensions, renovations, and new openings, as well as IT partner interventions.
5. Promote and enforce central IT standards, best practices, and governance rules, especially during new employee onboarding.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user satisfaction.
7. Organize proactive site visits and regular audits of key equipment.
8. Report operational and project activities to hierarchical and operational management.

1. Minimum BAC+2 level education in IT or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.

1. Excellent service orientation and adaptability.
2. Autonomous with a focus on objectives and business satisfaction.
3. Proficient in oral and written communication, with the ability to write in English.
4. Technical skills in Windows workstations (W11), Apple and Android mobile devices, Office 365 Suite, and Cisco Meraki networks.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar IT role, ideally within an industrial environment.

BAC+2 level in IT or related field.
