- Manage an IT procurement portfolio by mapping and analyzing supplier portfolios.
- Identify new opportunities for process and cost optimization.
- Rationalize contracts and oversee purchase requests.
- Support business teams during sourcing phases and lead negotiations.
- Ensure operational follow-up and facilitate deployment.
- Participate in the digital transition of the procurement function by integrating and verifying supplier catalogs on the Ivalua platform.
- Coordinate supplier webinar sessions and ensure data quality, including pricing, references, and contractual compliance.
- Monitor IT procurement budget security through monthly inter-company flow analysis.
- Contribute to budgetary decisions, detect discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Finance teams and LVMH.
- Student in engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, SAP, SpendHQ, and Ivalua is advantageous.
- Autonomy, rigor, and dynamism.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
