Louis Vuitton IS&T Project Manager

- Manage IT projects specific to the watchmaking manufacturing sector, defining scope, schedule, and budget, reporting on project status, communicating associated risks, managing specifications, testing phases, and implementation, and leading change management with key-user training and user guide creation.
- Oversee incident tracking and requests for enhancements to prioritize and propose functional releases for various applications specific to the watchmaking manufacturing sector, including Windchill, by gathering user requirements and formalizing functional specifications.
- Coordinate with LV_NEO teams and manage third-party application maintenance providers, including central IS development and functional teams and other external partners.
- Manage user profiles and access rights for various applications according to current standards.
- Create and update reports and Key Performance Indicators on IT support, collaborating with the IT manager to define tools, methods, and standards.
- Degree from an engineering or business school with a strong interest in IT.
- Proven experience as an IS&T coordinator or project manager (3-5 years) in a large international company in sectors such as fashion, automotive, or watchmaking.
- Knowledge of Windchill PLM application by PTC and intellectual curiosity to learn about multiple applications.
- Ability to work in an agile mode on a multitude of subjects and applications.
- Recognized for rigor, practical sense, and diplomacy.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to propose solutions.
- Fluency in French and English.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large international company.
Degree from an engineering or business school.
