Louis Vuitton IS&T Project Lead – Finance

- Collaborate with business department leads to define requirements and create solutions, primarily focusing on SAP FICO.
- Ensure alignment of LVA initiatives with the global strategic direction in partnership with the Central Organization.
- Plan and execute a robust support model with various support teams, including upstream systems.
- Lead projects in coordination with LVA IS&T teams and Central teams.
- Represent LVA in a global community, ensuring initiatives align with worldwide strategic goals.
- Act as a key liaison for business teams regarding Finance and Payment Applications.
- Conduct regular touchpoints with department heads to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Define project scope and requirements in collaboration with local and central counterparts.
- Monitor and support ERP (SAP) and all related interfaces and integrations.
- Create and maintain project plans for business project requests.
- Coordinate project tasks across business users, IS&T, and Central IS&T in France.
- Participate in functional and integration testing.
- Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
- Provide management status reporting to the Executive Team and Central IS&T.
- Experience in Finance, Controlling, and Payment business domains.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and FI/CO core competencies.
- Understanding of SD/MM integration points with finance.
- Experience with Idoc/EDI interfaces processing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP Batch Jobs/LSMW/Batch Input Sessions.
- General integration/interface knowledge.
- Preferable knowledge of SAP FI/CO DB tables and SAP AFS solution.
- Experience with S4 and high-level finance processes.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting processes.
- Experience in implementing SAP projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages and development methodologies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields is required.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within USD $100,000 - 110,000 annually.
