Louis Vuitton IS&T Manager - SAP Distribution

- Lead major projects in coordination with LVA IS&T teams and Central teams.
- Own the SAP Distribution Domain, including local customizing and specification development for SAP SD, MM, and Master Data.
- Ensure a robust support model is executed by various support teams, including upstream systems.
- Represent LVA in the global community, ensuring alignment with global strategic direction.
- Act as a key point of contact for business teams regarding SAP Distribution and Referential Data.
- Conduct regular touchpoints with department heads to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Partner with local and central counterparts to define new initiatives and project scope.
- Monitor and support ERP (SAP) and all related interfaces/integration.
- Create and maintain project plans for new business requests.
- Coordinate project tasks across business users, IS&T, and Central IS&T in France.
- Participate in functional and integration testing.
- Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
- Minimum 5 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in IS&T.
- Prior experience as a business analyst or consultant.
- Comprehensive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Master Data domains.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, with core competence in SD/MM and integration points with finance.
- Experience with Idoc/EDI interfaces processing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies.
- Operational efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong self-awareness and empathy, encouraging dialogue and diverse viewpoints.
- Adaptability, positivity, and solution-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Subject matter expertise in SAP and related technologies.
Minimum 5 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in IS&T, with prior experience as a business analyst or consultant.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within USD $145,000 - 150,000 annually.
