1. Manage the maintenance and support of Logistics and Transportation applications, including WMS and Transportation Management Systems.
2. Oversee Distribution Center Technologies such as Robotics Solutions, RFID, RF Devices, and Warehouse Dimensioning Systems.
3. Ensure integration between all systems within the business system landscape.
4. Lead project management and implementation of Logistics and Transportation projects.
5. Collaborate with Logistics business leadership to prioritize and streamline core logistics processes.
6. Act as the key point of contact for Distribution and Logistics business users.
7. Provide Level 3 support for all managed applications.
8. Build strong partnerships with Central IT and zone counterparts to maintain WW core applications.
9. Represent Louis Vuitton Americas in worldwide logistics and transportation communities.
10. Monitor production support teams for warehouse management and transportation systems.
11. Execute setup and configurations within WMS to support business initiatives.
12. Perform configuration and deliver customized solutions within Transportation Management Solutions.
13. Contribute to application management planning by incorporating user experiences and best practices.
14. Participate in frequent touchpoints with business teams to ensure service level agreements are met.
15. Define and apply security policies related to Logistics and Transportation applications.
16. Lead new projects within the Logistics and Transportation domain.
17. Create and maintain project plans for software customizations, upgrades, and new business functions.
18. Enforce proper testing methodology and develop test scripts in partnership with key business users.
19. Act as an internal consultant by partnering with department heads and key users to define project scope and requirements.
20. Document business processes and associated IT processes.
21. Work with Central Solutions teams to validate scope and review priorities.
22. Act as subject matter expert regarding all Logistics and Transportation initiatives.

1. 5-7 years of IS&T experience with a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
2. Prior experience as a business analyst or consultant.

1. Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems.
2. Proficiency in Integration Tools and Distribution Center Technologies.
3. Strong project management and analytical skills.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Ability to foster open dialogue and collaboration.
6. Adaptability to dynamic environments and independence in work.
7. French proficiency (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years in IS&T with a focus on logistics and supply chain processes.

Salary range of USD $140,000-145,000 annually.
