1. Lead clienteling and client interaction projects in coordination with LVA IS&T and Central teams.
2. Ensure a robust support model is executed by various support teams, including upstream systems.
3. Act as a key point of contact for business teams regarding Clienteling, CRM, and Customer Service Center Applications.
4. Manage CRM database interconnections with Client Referential Database and data ecosystem (Salesforce Core Cloud).
5. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing automation tools to run targeted, personalized campaigns.
6. Oversee the native iOS clienteling application linked to a rich ecosystem of services.
7. Ensure timely and accurate updates of LVA application scope landscape and contribute to application management planning.

1. Prior experience as a business analyst, Project Manager, or consultant with progressive IS&T responsibilities.
2. Comprehensive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Master Data domains.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud and high-level clienteling processes.

1. Strong project management capabilities.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to engage effectively with executive-level management.
5. Comfortable challenging business needs to refine requirements.
6. Willingness to learn automation or RPA tools.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

USD $130,000-145,000 annually.
