Louis VuittonIS&T Manager - Client Interactions
Louis Vuitton is a leading luxury fashion brand known for its high-quality products and innovative designs. The company operates globally and is part of the LVMH group, which is renowned for its prestigious brands in fashion, leather goods, and other luxury sectors.
- Act as a Project Leader in collaboration with business department leads to define requirements and create solutions.
- Work primarily on Salesforce platforms and gain experience with various other systems.
- Partner with the Central Organization to identify opportunities and define the Americas roadmap.
- Lead clienteling and client interaction projects in coordination with LVA IS&T and Central teams.
- Ensure a solid support model is planned and executed by various support teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for business teams in relation to Clienteling, CRM, and Customer Service Center Applications.
- Manage CRM database and interconnection with the Client Referential Database and the data ecosystem.
- Utilize Marketing Automation tools to run campaigns and handle notifications.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of the LVA application scope landscape.
- Prior experience as a business analyst, Project Manager, or consultant with progressive IS&T responsibilities.
- Comprehensive Supply Chain, Logistics, and Master Data domain experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud and high-level clienteling processes.
- Experience in implementing Salesforce projects.
- Ability to organize and prioritize AMS support teams for on-time ticket resolution.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to engage with executive-level management.
- Comfortable challenging business needs.
- Desire to learn automation or RPA tools.
Minimum 5 years
USD $130,000-145,000 annually
