- Implement E-commerce projects across the EMEA region using agile methodologies.
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved in projects.
- Monitor and communicate the delivery of new features and fixes.
- Analyze and specify localization requirements for projects.
- Organize and oversee testing processes.
- Identify and document new requirements in close collaboration with relevant departments (Digital, Retail, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Communicate project plan developments to business units.
- Maintain regular communication with IS managers across EMEA to coordinate deployments and communications.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, support, and corrective actions.
- Identify, prioritize, and track corrective actions.
- Analyze and implement remediation plans with all concerned departments.
- Conduct regular meetings with Service Desk teams and third-party maintenance to ensure incidents are addressed and escalated as needed.
- Hold regular meetings with corporate teams to ensure the delivery of regional priorities.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 from a business school or similar institution.
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in digital application management.
- Strong experience in application support and project management in an agile environment.
- Experience as a Proxy Product Owner and/or Scrum Master is advantageous.
- Proficient in communication, teamwork, and coordination of cross-functional teams.
- Experience in incident identification and remediation planning.
- Focus on customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in omnichannel, ideally in an international setting, is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English.
