1. Monitor infringing activities on major online platforms.
2. Gather evidence on infringing activities and collect information on infringers.
3. Build and maintain a database on infringers.
4. Analyze patterns of repeat offenders.
5. Prepare cease and desist letters to be sent to repeat offenders.
6. Communicate with infringers regarding their activities.
7. Prepare criminal complaints against repeat offenders.
8. Compile internal reports on infringing activities and enforcement actions.

1. Minimum of a university degree, with a law degree or law license mandatory.
2. 2-3 years of professional experience in the IP field, particularly in IPR enforcement.

1. Fluency in Korean and business English, both oral and written.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
3. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
5. Cross-cultural communication skills.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the IP field, especially in IPR enforcement, either in-house, at a law firm, investigation firm, or a related organization.

Minimum of a university degree, with a law degree or law license mandatory.
