Louis Vuitton Inventory Planning Manager

- Ensure optimal inventory levels within the network for leather goods and accessories.
- Align inventory levels with sales forecasts and ensure proper distribution across stores in Japan.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Merchandising, Retail, and central supply chain teams to define stock management strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the supply chain model.
- Monitor daily store replenishments and overall inventory levels.
- Develop and implement inventory support strategies for seasonality, network extensions, and new launches.
- Share monthly insights during SOP reviews with top management.
- Foster positive relationships with other departments and global supply chain teams.
- Develop training and skills development plans for the team.
- Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or operations.
- Experience in luxury goods or global companies is advantageous.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Proficiency in data analytics and tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Dataset.
- Strong problem-solving and rational thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and promote continuous improvement.
- Experience in leading and developing talent.
- Team player with the ability to work in a transversal environment.
A minimum of 8-10 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
