1. Ensure optimal inventory levels within the network for leather goods and accessories.
2. Align inventory levels with sales forecasts and ensure proper distribution across stores in Japan.
3. Collaborate with Logistics, Merchandising, Retail, and central supply chain teams to define stock management strategies.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the supply chain model.
5. Monitor daily store replenishments and overall inventory levels.
6. Develop and implement inventory support strategies for seasonality, network extensions, and new launches.
7. Share monthly insights during SOP reviews with top management.
8. Foster positive relationships with other departments and global supply chain teams.
9. Develop training and skills development plans for the team.

1. Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or operations.
3. Experience in luxury goods or global companies is advantageous.
4. Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.

1. Proficiency in data analytics and tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Dataset.
2. Strong problem-solving and rational thinking abilities.
3. Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly.
4. Ability to challenge the status quo and promote continuous improvement.
5. Experience in leading and developing talent.
6. Team player with the ability to work in a transversal environment.

A minimum of 8-10 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably within the luxury goods sector.

Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
