Louis Vuitton Inventory and Collection Management Project Manager

- Plan and oversee inventory projects for the heritage collection and contemporary art pieces, coordinating with collection managers on methodologies, schedules, and resources.
- Manage photography and digitization projects, ensuring high-quality images and data, and coordinating with external service providers.
- Compile and share periodic quantitative and qualitative reports on activities.
- Oversee data management for collection entries, ensuring data quality and consistency in the collection management database.
- Define and implement a plan for collection audits, adapting to the redeployment of externalized collections.
- Manage outsourced audit services, including drafting specifications and monitoring execution.
- Draft audit reports and propose actions such as piece repatriation and rotations.
- Coordinate with teams in logistics, conservation, and restoration.
- Regularly communicate project progress and results.
- Advanced degree in heritage management, museology, archival science, or information management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in heritage collection management and project management.
- Proficiency in inventory techniques and collection management, with strong database and office software skills.
- Knowledge of digitization techniques and digital asset management; IT project management experience is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, proactivity, autonomy, and communication skills.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector, embodying excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity.
