1. Monitor and analyze daily trends and reports to identify inventory variances, trends, and areas of risk related to shrink.
2. Track and report on distribution center shrink performance and support financial month-end reconciliation.
3. Provide guidance to third-party logistics (3PL) providers on exception management and resolutions.
4. Assist in conducting root cause analyses and collaborate with 3PL partners to develop corrective action plans to minimize future shrink.
5. Review operational workflows and propose process improvements to reduce errors in receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
6. Oversee quarterly cycle count progress and ensure inventory accuracy.
7. Support external and internal audit preparations as needed.
8. Maintain documentation of inventory processes and findings in accordance with internal controls and audit standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

3. Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
4. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with 3PL partners and internal teams.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field is required.
