1. Participate actively in the planning and execution of various projects within the Special Projects and Exhibitions division, including jewelry, watch, and perfume events, as well as cultural partnerships.
2. Assist in project tracking, gaining familiarity with event management tools and methods from conception to production and operations.
3. Provide operational support to project managers in logistical coordination from event conception to final execution, including preparation and management of coordination materials, orders, deliveries, shipments, uniforms, and stock management.
4. Engage in administrative support tasks such as handling purchase orders.
5. Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after events.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders, and adept at adapting communication to various contexts.
3. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to integrate quickly into a collaborative environment.
4. Versatile and proactive, capable of adapting to varied situations and taking initiative to anticipate needs.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a basic understanding of project management or planning tools.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively interact with international stakeholders.

No prior experience required, although a background in event management or communication is advantageous.
