Internship - Recruitment and HR Campus Assistant

1. Recruit interns and apprentices across various business areas, from initial manager brief to candidate offer.
2. Facilitate integration and track progress of interns and apprentices, including organizing orientation days and conducting end-of-program reviews.
3. Engage the intern and apprentice community through internal events throughout the year.
4. Support the Talent Acquisition team with cross-functional projects, talent pools, recruitment, and young talent initiatives.

1. Student in Human Resources, Business School, University, or equivalent.
2. Previous 6-month internship in recruitment or HR is a plus.

1. Recognized for rigor, curiosity, organization, and analytical skills.
2. Enthusiastic and interested in versatile tasks, demonstrating listening skills and proactivity.
3. Sensitive to the luxury industry and its required skills: excellence, attention to detail, creativity, and a drive to excel.
4. Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English.

Beginner

Student in Human Resources, Business School, University, or equivalent.
