1. Assist in the development of new products within the Home & Lifestyles department, including tableware, decorative objects, and furniture.
2. Create product nomenclatures using PLM systems.
3. Draft quality reports for prototypes.
4. Research and identify potential new suppliers.
5. Coordinate orders for services and tooling.
6. Oversee the drafting of manuals with specialized partners.
7. Manage and animate packaging processes, including the creation of covers, boxes, and video content with suppliers.
8. Administer the packaging library and archive compliance certificates and supplier contracts.

1. Enrollment in a higher education program, such as an engineering or business school, or equivalent.
2. Strong project management mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and possess analytical skills.

1. Product sensitivity and a passion for design.
2. Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and responsiveness.
3. Excellent listening and relational skills, adaptability, and teamwork orientation.
4. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD/CAE software is advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing higher education in engineering, business, or a related field.
