1. Ensure the improvement of existing products through technical solutions in collaboration with experts and suppliers.
2. Evaluate capacity, technical, and economic impacts in conjunction with the Procurement team.
3. Participate in the launch of industrial prototypes and tooling for production.
4. Conduct dimensional analysis of parts and oversee validation tests and trials.
5. Contribute to the drafting and updating of technical product documentation and its integration into the Product Life Management tool.
6. Provide technical support to production teams.
7. Assist in the development of Quality procedures.
8. Report on project progress.
9. Develop technical and feasibility concepts in alignment with design, assembly, and usage of leather goods.
10. Ensure process robustness and performance of metal parts during series production.
11. Oversee supplier development and technical dossier updates.
12. Deploy processes on-site and qualify performance.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program or equivalent with a specialization in mechanics, production, or materials.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
4. Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
