1. Support the organization of events both in France and internationally, including managing orders and deliveries of Welcome Packs, seating arrangements, and nominations.
2. Coordinate with global markets and the PCR department teams to ensure seamless project planning and logistics.
3. Monitor and follow up on project preparation meetings.
4. Prepare illustrated documents for various projects.
5. Communicate with external suppliers and partners to evaluate and book services, including managing follow-ups and invoicing.
6. Assist in event reporting, including cost analysis.
7. Develop guidelines for in-store fashion animations during collection launches and ensure proper deployment and reporting across regions.
8. Participate in top client showroom activities, including women's collection purchasing, event organization, and inventory management.
9. Assist in creating content for the retail stylist community, including photo shoots, videos, and documents.
10. Animate the stylist community through existing communication channels and support the organization of the international styling seminar.

1. Enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or equivalent university program.
2. Ideally, previous experience in a similar role or in the retail sector.

1. Strong organizational and precision skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal abilities and availability.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5. Passion for fashion, dynamism, maturity, and autonomy.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, fashion, or a related field.
