1. Initiate improvements in the production processes of the Atelier.
2. Lead projects on-site to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics, ensuring adherence to manufacturing timelines.
3. Develop and implement methods and tools such as agile lines, 5S, and Kaizen, within a team that values individual initiatives.
4. Play a pivotal role in defining standards to ensure optimal production quality.

1. Enrolled in a specialized program in industrial production or continuous improvement at a Bac+4/+5 level.

2. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools and IT systems.
5. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability goals.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Bac+4/+5 level education in industrial production or continuous improvement.
