4. Manage a cross-functional project: oversee performance management of two workshops, implement monitoring tools, and establish a RACI matrix.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school or equivalent program (industrial engineering, methods, continuous improvement).
2. Interest in industrial optimization.
3. Knowledge or interest in Lean tools (5S, VSM, PDCA).
