- Lead PDCA cycles to structure and monitor action plans.
- Facilitate Lean workshops and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
- Support the industrialization of new products.
- Manage a cross-functional project: oversee performance management of two workshops, implement monitoring tools, and establish a RACI matrix.
- Enrollment in an engineering school or equivalent program (industrial engineering, methods, continuous improvement).
- Interest in industrial optimization.
- Knowledge or interest in Lean tools (5S, VSM, PDCA).
- Precision and autonomy
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
