1. Support leather developers in the homologation process for new leather references and transformations, including dossier preparation and archiving.
2. Conduct tests on new leather references or transformations, manage laboratory requests, track timelines, and analyze results.
3. Ensure quarterly updates of leather color libraries and the proper storage of new master skins.
4. Participate in new product projects within the men's range, overseeing the development process from risk analysis to pre-series launch.
5. Support the leather team in characterizing leather attributes such as suppleness and color through organized test campaigns.
6. Continue the 'Leather Curl Study' with an experimental plan at the Ardèche site.
