1. Student enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent program (industrial engineering, methods, continuous improvement, etc.).
2. Interest in industrial optimization.

1. Knowledge or interest in Lean tools (5S, VSM, PDCA, etc.).
2. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
