1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality Management.
2. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.

3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.

Prior experience in an industrial setting, such as an internship or summer job, is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
