1. Conduct weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales analyses to monitor and assess the performance of Watches & Jewelry collections and regions, identifying key insights, best-sellers, and store rankings.
2. Prepare, organize, and document monthly meetings with all seven regions.
3. Analyze international pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with currency fluctuations and competitor pricing.
4. Optimize stock efficiency across the retail network by defining store-specific offerings, analyzing new store performance, and suggesting assortments for future stores.
5. Develop product summaries to support in-store sales.
6. Contribute to the development of 360-degree merchandising tools.
7. Construct and maintain the annual calendar in direct contact with the seven regions, covering cross-functional events, CRM actions, visual merchandising, clienteling, and result tracking.
8. Participate in the bi-annual showroom and assist in the creation of the department's quarterly results presentation.
9. Provide support in ad-hoc analyses and presentations for other departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, Store Planning, or Marketing.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school with at least six months of prior internship experience in Merchandising, Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Controlling, or Product Marketing.

1. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
2. Strong interest in analysis, with a high degree of rigor and organization.
3. Sensitivity to the luxury sector, particularly in watches and jewelry, is advantageous.

Entry-level with prior internship experience in relevant fields.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
