1. Maintain relationships with key internet stakeholders to implement anti-counterfeiting measures and coordinate efforts to protect Louis Vuitton's rights on online platforms.
2. Conduct surveillance of counterfeit content on online platforms, including managing external service providers.
3. Identify and combat counterfeit product sales, phishing sites, and other infringements on Louis Vuitton's rights through investigations and pre-litigation actions.
4. Provide support to teams liaising with public authorities on internet-related issues.
5. Offer legal expertise on intellectual property matters related to the internet and associated topics to various departments.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law and liability of technical intermediaries on the internet, with knowledge of European (French or other) and American law.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in anti-counterfeiting on the internet, either in-house or in a law firm.

2. Client-oriented mindset, with pragmatism, proactivity, and responsiveness.
3. Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
4. Sensitivity to the luxury industry, demonstrating excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
