1. Lead and innovate import/export operations, ensuring excellence and efficiency.
2. Drive continuous improvement through strategic management of KPIs and budget.
3. Challenge duty optimization and supervise daily/monthly operations.
4. Validate KPIs such as lead-time, error ratio, efficiency, and security, conducting monthly reviews.
5. Facilitate weekly meetings and negotiate with suppliers for urgent operations.
6. Coordinate with other departments for special events and optimize zone transfer shipments.
7. Develop and manage the company's trade compliance program, ensuring adherence to international trade laws.
8. Conduct audits and provide training on trade compliance requirements.
9. Monitor changes in trade regulations and update company policies accordingly.
10. Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders for compliant trade operations.
11. Manage cost analysis, reporting, and budget for transportation costs.
12. Monitor incoming cargo activities for events and manage headquarters-led projects.
13. Ensure accurate billing, invoice management, and fast closing.
14. Maintain high staff motivation and foster an engaging work environment.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in international transportation and trade compliance.

6. Capability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple departments.
