- Support the enhancement of internal projects related to HR, products, or cultural initiatives.
- Deploy tailored internal communication plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies using simple KPIs such as open rates and engagement metrics.
- Draft and produce diverse editorial content including articles, interviews, newsletters, and internal posts.
- Align editorial tone and angle with the company's key messages.
- Contribute to the development of the monthly editorial calendar.
- Develop communication plans for internal events such as seminars and celebrations.
- Provide live or post-event coverage, including audiovisual content, reports, and interviews.
- Propose innovative formats to boost employee engagement.
- Update digital platforms such as intranet and dynamic screens.
- Suggest new communication formats and strategies.
- Enrollment in a Master's program (1st or 2nd year) in Business School, Communication, Journalism, or Political Science.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Editorial sensitivity with the ability to craft stories and convey messages effectively.
- Curiosity, proactivity, rigor, and confidentiality.
- Comfortable with digital tools and collaborative platforms (Office 365, Teams, Viva Engage; knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus).
- Previous experience in a corporate or editorial setting.
- Strong editorial and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Analytical skills to assess communication effectiveness.
- Creative thinking for innovative content creation.
