1. Collaborate closely with the Internal Control and Organization Department of LVM, the Financial Directorate of the region, and the Financial Departments of individual countries to ensure proper application and control of internal processes across stores, country subsidiaries, and regional headquarters.
2. Verify the knowledge level and provide training to local Finance teams.
3. Ensure the implementation and adherence to a schedule of operational reviews in each country.
4. Regularly communicate with countries and stores to share key insights identified during internal audits or operational reviews.
5. Develop communication materials for country teams, potentially in the form of a 'Tip of the Day' or 'Tip of the Week'.
6. Contribute to the establishment of the regional dashboard for monitoring key indicators such as sales limitations, anonymous sales, corporate sales, atypical transactions, inventory discrepancies, and cash discrepancies.
7. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions following internal audits conducted by the Internal Control and Organization Department.
8. Participate in or lead operational reviews in stores and country headquarters or accounting firms.
9. Assist countries in executing and tracking actions related to the Risk & Control Assessment using the LVMH tool, ERICA.

1. Student in a Business School or University with a focus on finance/management at the Master's level.

1. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in a third language is desirable.
