1. Develop and implement robust internal control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Group and local regulations across all retail stores and head office functions.
2. Conduct regular assessments of internal controls to identify potential weaknesses and areas for improvement, establishing and overseeing comprehensive action plans for corrective measures.
3. Provide guidance and training to staff on internal control best practices and compliance requirements.
4. Prepare reports on internal control effectiveness.
5. Manage internal and external internal control audits, and LVMH audit reporting within deadlines and in accordance with Group standards.
6. Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
7. Lead negotiations and cultivate relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to secure favorable terms and ensure cost-effectiveness.
8. Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
9. Lead and develop the supply chain and operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as Sales and Merchandising, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with global business goals.
11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.

1. Significant experience in internal control and/or supply chain management.
2. Strong academic background in a related field.

3. Commercially astute with a keen interest in the retail sector.
4. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal control and/or supply chain management is required.

A strong academic background in a related field is required.
