Louis Vuitton Internal Control and Supply Chain Manager

- Develop and implement robust internal control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Group and local regulations across all retail stores and head office functions.
- Conduct regular assessments of internal controls to identify potential weaknesses and areas for improvement, establishing and overseeing comprehensive action plans for corrective measures.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on internal control best practices and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports on internal control effectiveness.
- Manage internal and external internal control audits, and LVMH audit reporting within deadlines and in accordance with Group standards.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead negotiations and cultivate relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to secure favorable terms and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and develop the supply chain and operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as Sales and Merchandising, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with global business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.
- Significant experience in internal control and/or supply chain management.
- Strong academic background in a related field.
- Curious and analytically driven with rigorous analytical skills.
- Collaborative leader with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Commercially astute with a keen interest in the retail sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal control and/or supply chain management is required.
A strong academic background in a related field is required.
