- Develop and implement new procedures for operational processes in boutiques, workshops, and digital flows.
- Continuously improve business processes.
- Monitor documentation and ensure proper application of existing internal control procedures.
- Create awareness materials and facilitate topics related to Internal Control.
- Conduct operational audits and internal control missions, highlighting issues and providing pragmatic recommendations.
- Develop data analyses using visualization tools to identify anomalies and weak signals.
- Follow up on action plans implemented after audits.
- Conduct audits to review the implementation of Ethics & Compliance controls and identify potential improvement areas.
- Ensure risk situations identified by the corruption risk mapping are covered by effective preventive measures.
- Review anti-money laundering measures and associated controls in stores based on guidelines from the Ethics & Compliance department.
- Current student in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university, specializing in audit, finance, or management control.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong command of Excel and PowerBI.
- Analytical skills with the ability to see both macro and micro perspectives.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Understanding of internal control and compliance processes.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field with a focus on audit, finance, or management control.
