1. Draft and implement new procedures for operational processes in boutiques, workshops, and digital flows.
2. Continuously improve business processes.
3. Control documentation and ensure proper application of existing internal control procedures.
4. Produce awareness materials and animate topics related to Internal Control.
5. Conduct operational audit missions and internal control, highlighting encountered issues and providing pragmatic recommendations.
6. Develop data analyses using visualization tools to identify anomalies and weak signals.
7. Follow up on action plans implemented following audits.
8. Conduct audits to review the implementation of Ethics & Compliance controls within the company and identify potential areas for improvement.
9. Ensure that risk situations identified by the corruption risk mapping are covered by effective preventive measures.
10. Review anti-money laundering measures and associated controls in stores based on guidelines issued by the Ethics & Compliance department.

1. Student in business school, engineering school, or equivalent university with a specialization in audit, finance, or management control.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
2. Ability to automate tools to focus on analysis.
3. Capability to maintain a macro and micro perspective.
4. Sensitivity to product and curiosity about craftsmanship.
