1. Support the Internal Communications team with comprehensive communications plans, including planning, writing, and organizing content for the Americas intranet and newsletters.
2. Create and edit clear, engaging written communications, including updates, employee highlights, and event descriptions.
3. Support basic graphic design and video editing needs for event invitations, recaps, and communication assets.
4. Maintain and update communication documentation and templates to align with the internal graphic charter.
5. Support vendor onboarding and coordination between event vendors and the team, ensuring seamless event logistics and communication.
6. Partner with Internal Communications to execute employee engagement programs, including planning, internal marketing, and execution for projects and events.
7. Serve as a solution-oriented, agile, and proactive problem solver in all areas of responsibility.
8. Contribute fresh perspectives and creative ideas to support communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
9. Research industry trends and best practices to inform internal communications strategy.
10. Support the Internal Communications team with additional projects and requests as needed.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
2. Experience or coursework in communications, marketing, or human resources is preferred.

1. Exceptional writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
3. Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Final Cut).
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
5. Ability to coordinate seamlessly with vendors and internal teams.
6. Familiarity with internal communications platforms is a plus.
7. Creativity and a passion for learning and adapting to new communication technologies and trends.

Beginner level experience or coursework in communications, marketing, or human resources is preferred.

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.

Undergraduate Interns: $20/hour; Graduate Interns: $25/hour.
