1. Assist in the development and implementation of the internal communication plan.
2. Manage the Atelier's event calendar.
3. Oversee event organization, including supplier coordination, logistics, and execution.
4. Implement and manage internal communication tools such as briefs, intranet, and newsletters.
5. Create and distribute communication materials like flyers, presentations, and videos.
6. Monitor and report on the costs of communication activities.
7. Support the deployment of training sessions, including registration, coordination with training providers, logistics, and administrative follow-up.
8. Participate in HR projects and collaborative tasks within the HR team.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Communication, Event Management, Business, or Human Resources.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy.
2. Attention to detail and creativity.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with graphic design and publishing tools such as Canva.
5. Knowledge of CMS intranet tools like SharePoint is advantageous.
6. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in relevant fields.
