1. Define the internal communication plan for the workshop.
2. Manage the event calendar for the workshop.
3. Oversee the organization of events, including coordination with suppliers, logistics, and distribution of promotional materials.
4. Implement and manage internal communication tools such as briefings, internal social networks, and newsletters.
5. Create and disseminate appropriate communication materials, including flyers, presentations, and videos.
6. Monitor and report on the costs associated with communication actions.
7. Provide occasional support to the HR team as needed.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
