1. Define the internal communication plan for the workshop.
2. Manage the workshop's event calendar.
3. Oversee event organization, including coordination with suppliers, logistics, and distribution of promotional materials.
4. Implement and manage internal communication tools such as briefings, internal social networks, and newsletters.
5. Create and disseminate appropriate communication materials like flyers, presentations, and videos.
6. Monitor and report on the costs associated with communication actions.
7. Provide occasional support to the HR team as needed.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
3. Curiosity and environmental awareness, with a commitment to contributing to the company's sustainability goals.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
