1. Contribute to the execution of the annual internal communication plan for the workshops, ensuring at least one monthly action to inform or engage teams on relevant themes.
2. Organize planned events, managing suppliers, logistics, and implementation within set deadlines and budgets, ensuring smooth execution and post-event follow-up.
3. Draft, format, and distribute the biannual internal newsletter.
4. Monitor costs associated with events and activities.
5. Actively participate in the deployment of institutional actions such as anniversary celebrations and retirement events.
6. Support teams in organizing events like team-building activities.
7. Contribute to the implementation of the company's CSR strategy through communication actions.
8. Create communication materials for workshops, including logos, presentations, and both web and print media.
9. Produce video montages.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or Human Resources.
2. Previous experience in event management or related fields.
3. Familiarity with the industrial sector or Human Resources is advantageous.
