1. Contribute to the execution of the annual internal communication plan, ensuring at least one monthly action to inform and engage teams with site updates.
2. Organize planned events, managing suppliers, logistics, and implementation within set deadlines and budgets, ensuring smooth execution and post-event follow-up.
3. Draft, format, and distribute the biannual internal newsletter.
4. Actively participate in institutional actions such as anniversary celebrations and retirements, and support team-building events.
5. Assist in implementing the Maison's CSR strategy through communication initiatives.
6. Design communication materials for the workshops, including logos, presentations, and both web and print media.
7. Create video montages for various communication purposes.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Communication or Human Resources.
2. Previous experience in event management or related fields.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
2. High level of creativity and autonomy.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
5. Competency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Entry-level experience in event management or related fields is required. Familiarity with the industrial sector is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Communication or Human Resources.
