4. Implement and manage internal communication tools such as briefs, intranet, and newsletters.
5. Create and disseminate appropriate communication materials, including flyers, presentations, and videos.
6. Monitor and report on the costs associated with communication activities.
7. Support the deployment of training sessions, including registration, coordination with training organizations, logistics, and administrative follow-up.
8. Occasionally participate in HR projects and collaborative tasks within the HR team.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Event Management, Business, or Human Resources.
2. Recognized for strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with graphic design and publishing tools such as Canva.
3. Knowledge of CMS intranet tools like SharePoint is advantageous.
4. Creative and detail-oriented with a strong visual sensibility.
