1. Define the internal communication plan for the workshop.
2. Manage the workshop's event calendar.
3. Organize events, including handling suppliers, logistics, and event execution.
4. Implement and manage internal communication tools such as briefs, internal social networks, and newsletters.
5. Create and distribute appropriate communication materials like flyers, presentations, and videos.
6. Monitor the costs of communication actions.
7. Provide occasional support to the HR team as needed.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
2. Experience with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
3. Curiosity and adaptability.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Environmental awareness and commitment to the company's goals.
