1. Organize, coordinate, and execute the audit plan in compliance with group internal control procedures.
2. Coordinate audit activities with the central team and local controlling department representatives.
3. Communicate audit results to management and provide guidance on corrective actions.
4. Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations with dedicated action plans.
5. Analyze critical processes and assist in defining procedures in identified areas such as T&E, SOD, stock, and fixed assets.
6. Coordinate compliance activities for different businesses, including preferential origin, custom procedures, and local manufacturing requirements.
7. Ensure regular updates of the business continuity plan for each legal entity by relevant stakeholders.
8. Facilitate relationships with external insurance advisors.
9. Actively participate in the internal control community of Louis Vuitton.

1. Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or management engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit or consultancy firms focusing on process organization.

2. Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
3. Experience with data analysis and audit software is advantageous.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Proactive attitude with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
6. Autonomous yet capable of effective teamwork and flexibility.
7. Fluent in English, with proficiency in French considered a plus.
8. Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

At least 5 years of experience in internal audit or consultancy firms specializing in process organization.

Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or management engineering.
