Louis Vuitton Internal Auditor

- Organize, coordinate, and execute the audit plan in compliance with group internal control procedures.
- Coordinate audit activities with the central team and local controlling department representatives.
- Communicate audit results to management and provide guidance on corrective actions.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations with dedicated action plans.
- Analyze critical processes and assist in defining procedures in identified areas such as T&E, SOD, stock, and fixed assets.
- Coordinate compliance activities for different businesses, including preferential origin, custom procedures, and local manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure regular updates of the business continuity plan for each legal entity by relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate relationships with external insurance advisors.
- Actively participate in the internal control community of Louis Vuitton.
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or management engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit or consultancy firms focusing on process organization.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks.
- Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
- Experience with data analysis and audit software is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Autonomous yet capable of effective teamwork and flexibility.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French considered a plus.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
At least 5 years of experience in internal audit or consultancy firms specializing in process organization.
Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or management engineering.
