- Participate in the development of risk mappings and support internal controllers in implementing action plans.
- Evaluate internal control levels within the House and subsidiaries, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support business lines in new projects by identifying and managing associated risks.
- Lead, coordinate, and raise awareness among the network of internal controllers.
- Conduct, coordinate, and supervise internal audit missions across various business lines and international subsidiaries.
- Promote innovation in audit strategy and propose tailored solutions for digital transformation.
- Develop and promote data analysis using visualization tools to detect anomalies.
- Write audit reports with operational recommendations for business lines.
- Provide assurance on the reliability of financial information and effectiveness of processes.
- Conduct investigations on confidential and sensitive subjects.
- Contribute to audit missions evaluating Ethics & Compliance systems and propose improvements.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in audit and internal control, ideally in an audit or consulting firm, with at least 2 years in an international company.
- Strong interest in operational subjects and a pursuit of excellence.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Solid knowledge of audit methodologies.
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Analytical skills and ability to navigate complex environments.
- Team collaboration and effective communication.
- Diplomacy and pragmatism.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
A minimum of 8 years in audit and internal control, with experience in international settings.
