1. Assist the Merchandisers in monitoring the activity of the retail network from the headquarters.
2. Engage in strategic tasks at the intersection of Product and Purchasing, maintaining constant communication with markets.
3. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the global leather goods offering and the construction of store assortments.
4. Monitor activity and management actions, including information sharing with regions.
5. Conduct varied qualitative and quantitative analyses on collection performance, including end-of-season analyses, purchase debriefings, and competitive analysis.
6. Prepare presentation materials for purchasing sessions, business reviews, and product briefs.
7. Participate in showroom activities.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.

1. Strong fashion and luxury industry sensitivity and curiosity about products.
2. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
3. Dynamic, rigorous, with excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Fluency in English is essential.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
