1. Receive and verify the weight accounts of stones in consignment.
2. Ensure compliance with memo templates and verify the origin and provenance of stones entering stock.
3. Conduct weekly checks on the IN/OUT process of memos.
4. Create and update the library of stone certificates, including verification, scanning, updating, and filing.
5. Ensure delivery of certificates during the invoicing of High Jewelry pieces.
6. Implement information and photos into the stone library during purchases of diamonds and colored stones.
7. Manage the consumption of PRI sheets in the colored stones and diamonds libraries.

1. Pursuing or holding a diploma in gemmology.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Experience with PowerBI.
3. Attention to detail and a passion for gemmology.
4. Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
