Louis Vuitton Intern - Events and Special Projects Assistant

1. Assist in the planning and execution of prestigious events within the Exhibitions and Special Projects department, including jewelry, watchmaking, and perfume events, as well as cultural partnerships.
2. Support project managers in logistical coordination from conception to final execution, including preparation of internal and external presentations, schedules, and inventory management.
3. Manage various operational tasks such as order processing, delivery reception, shipment management, and stock control.
4. Engage in administrative support, including handling purchase orders.
5. Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless event operations.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders and adapting communication styles accordingly.
3. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to integrate quickly into a collaborative environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management or scheduling tools.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to engage with international stakeholders.
3. Versatility and proactivity in adapting to varied situations and anticipating needs.

No prior experience required, though a background in event management or communication is advantageous.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.

Interns will undergo two evaluations to assess skill acquisition and will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values.
