1. Assist the Store Planning EMEA team in developing the global boutique network.
2. Organize and facilitate team meetings and interdepartmental conferences, including agenda setting, information gathering, and minute taking.
3. Update and maintain shared documentation such as books and planning schedules.
4. Coordinate team events including visits and outings.
5. Ensure effective communication within the team regarding travel, meetings, and presentations.
6. Support project organization and update key elements of simple projects, including planning, budgeting, quality visits, and site inspections.
7. Participate in updating key elements of complex projects.
8. Potentially manage a simple project under supervision.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in architecture, interior architecture, spatial design, or a related field (minimum Bac +3).

1. Proficiency in reading architectural plans.
2. Fluency in English for international team interactions.
3. Strong foundational skills in Excel.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Reliability and attention to detail.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
7. Adaptability and responsiveness.
8. Ability to thrive in a complex environment.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in architecture or related field (minimum Bac +3).
