- Assist the Store Planning EMEA team in developing the global boutique network.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings and interdepartmental conferences, including agenda setting, information gathering, and minute taking.
- Update and maintain shared documentation such as books and planning schedules.
- Coordinate team events including visits and outings.
- Ensure effective communication within the team regarding travel, meetings, and presentations.
- Support project organization and update key elements of simple projects, including planning, budgeting, quality visits, and site inspections.
- Participate in updating key elements of complex projects.
- Potentially manage a simple project under supervision.
- Currently pursuing a degree in architecture, interior architecture, spatial design, or a related field (minimum Bac +3).
- Proficiency in reading architectural plans.
- Fluency in English for international team interactions.
- Strong foundational skills in Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Adaptability and responsiveness.
- Ability to thrive in a complex environment.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in architecture or related field (minimum Bac +3).
