- Design and lead the regional digital strategy aligned with Maison priorities and market opportunities.
- Define performance targets and business KPIs, including traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer retention.
- Expand digital presence across owned platforms and third-party channels.
- Identify and pursue growth levers, including new channels and service innovations.
- Drive an omnichannel roadmap to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
- Oversee digital operations, logistics coordination, customer care integration, and tech reliability.
- Lead continuous improvement of digital storefronts, checkout flows, and post-purchase experience.
- Drive digital traffic and conversion through CRM, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social commerce strategies.
- Foster brand desirability online through immersive content, UX design, and editorial excellence.
- Implement personalization and omnichannel continuity strategies using customer data insights.
- Lead and inspire the digital teams, ensuring alignment with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and legal.
- Represent the digital domain in strategic committees and executive decision-making.
- Develop vendor partnerships and manage digital budget and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Client Service based in Brussels, Belgium, to drive performance and retail collaboration.
- Graduate in Business Management or related field.
- At least 12 years of progressive digital or e-commerce experience, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
- Previous experience in managing a team is essential.
- Mastery of digital tools and systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and information synthesis skills.
- Pragmatic leadership with assertive and courageous communication.
- Ability to anticipate and manage priorities effectively.
- Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic environment.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive digital or e-commerce experience, ideally within the luxury goods industry.
Graduate in Business Management or related field.
