Louis Vuitton Intelligence Research Specialist

- Utilize multiple databases including Westlaw, Datamyne, Lexis Nexis, Dun & Bradstreet, Pacer, TLO to identify targets and assets for criminal and civil actions.
- Conduct extensive research using social media and the internet to gather background information.
- Employ presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and graphic design software for training, litigation, and trial purposes.
- Assist in trial preparation by gathering evidence for submission at litigations and civil trials.
- Testify in federal and state court regarding intellectual property cases.
- Author cease and desist letters, restitution requests, and affidavits.
- Respond to federal, state, and local subpoenas for documentary evidence.
- Process evidence for criminal matters for trial presentation.
- Create flow charts for litigation and trial purposes.
- Train federal, state, and local law enforcement officers in the authentication of Louis Vuitton products.
- Conduct visibility studies for counterfeit products in major market areas.
- Maintain CBP Recordations and perform statistical trend analysis for U.S. Customs and Border Protection seizure reporting.
- Manage budget and create purchase orders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in intelligence research, intellectual property, or related fields.
- Experience in reviewing processes and evaluating intelligence information from various sources.
- Prior experience in researching background information on companies and individuals.
- Proficiency in analyzing trends and patterns.
- Experience in preparing investigative reports and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 5 years of experience in intelligence research, intellectual property, or related fields.
Salary range of USD $100K-$115K, with a comprehensive benefits package.
